Jakarta citizens are heading to a provincial election in 2018. The government gave its best to make this election conducive. All stakeholders were there to gives their support. Every voice really matters to choose their next governor.

It's not only an adult's problem to make a decision. Every child in every family was pushed to make a decision too --will they join the crowd? Everyone is talking about who stands for who, and the children start wondering will they counted as a whole? Kindergarten students sang the party songs, elementary students fight for their parent's selection. Can they talk about that politics too?

I heard this phenomenon and share it with my community. We feel it's not good to invite children to this business. They should get a better definition of politics, election, and government. By that, we formulate every single action we can do for them, affiliated with Cahaya Bangsa elementary and junior high school.

We finally organize PEMILU: Pemilihan Unyu! This is an election simulation for underage children. We give them changes to choose between two dolls character, with their own promises like building a pool or a slider.

Look at their happy faces besides! For a week, they can give their voice to vote. We arrange it like a real election, with a card, box, and also ink as a participation sign. We are so happy to tell them that they can choose one without hating the other option, and they can make a choice on their own. "Yeay, we can choose, we can choose!" They said.

After that election simulation, we give them free will to play in our zone. There are books, magazines, and comics to read. They look so interested in books. Besides the books, we make traditional games too. We plant the ideas of collaboration in these games. There are chase, coloring activities, and congklak. What a great day!

At the end of the event, we arrange doll dramas to give a conclusion. They sit on the floor and listen happily to what the authors said. "We should choose wisely. Choose with a smile with your face. Choose without envy or hate. The election is a society collaboration!" After the music performances and drawing activities, the children are permitted to go home.

We are so happy. Give them a great thumbs up!
